With decades of expertise in entrepreneurship, operations, data analytics, supply chain management, entomology, agriculture, project management, and leadership, our diverse team is ready to take on global challenges head-on. Our simple yet impactful project drives us to spread our message widely. We are committed to sharing our knowledge with every Kenyan farmer, confident that it will greatly benefit the entire ecosystem. We are dedicated to gender equity and fostering an inclusive workplace that empowers women and youth.


Lawrence Juma, Founder & CEO

Lawrence has a successful track record in the social impact sector, excelling in data-driven strategy, complex project management, and building high-performing teams. He led the Kisii Smart Community project from PoC to startup, scaling it to 80 staff members. 

Juliah Omariba, Co-Founder & VP, Supply Chain

Juliah's versatile background spans over diverse industries and roles. Her deep expertise in project management and supply chain optimization is pivotal for scaling and enhancing our supply chain system.

Alpha’s deep data analytics expertise drives our research and decision-making, making us a compelling investment for data-driven growth. His work ensures solid data and innovative research back our solutions.

Braxton Ogolla, Advisor

Dedicated sales professional with a strong background in procurement. We leverage his experience to effectively identify and seize market opportunities, build and maintain customer relationships, and drive revenue growth. 

Jacob Oloto, Production Assistant

Jacob is a committed agriculturalist, and has at least 3 years of experience supporting with smallholder farmers.

Seline Nyangere, Intern

Selly is a passionate journalist, video and audio editor, blogger and a social media manager with 6 years experience in the media industry. She has written news and feature stories on climate change, sustainability and climate smart agriculture that have been published in various media platforms.
